Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of mapiyo at mapiyo.app, operated by mēmotiv ("we", "us"). By connecting a Klaviyo account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
The service
mapiyo reads location data from a Klaviyo account you connect and shows it as maps, rankings, snapshots and exports. mapiyo is in beta. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.
Your account and data
- Only connect Klaviyo accounts you are authorized to connect.
- You keep all rights to your data. You give us permission to process it only to run mapiyo for you.
- You can disconnect at any time, which deletes the data mapiyo stored for that account. Our Privacy Policy explains what that covers.
Acceptable use
Don't use mapiyo to break the law, to break Klaviyo's terms, to try to identify individual people from aggregate data, or to interfere with the service or other customers.
Fees
mapiyo is free during the beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before any charge applies, and you will only be charged after you choose a plan.
Klaviyo
mapiyo is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Klaviyo. Klaviyo is a trademark of its owner. Your use of Klaviyo is governed by your agreement with Klaviyo.
No warranty
mapiyo is provided "as is". Location data in Klaviyo is often incomplete or self-reported, so maps and counts are estimates. Don't rely on them as the only basis for legal, compliance or financial decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for mapiyo in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Ending use
You can stop using mapiyo at any time. We may suspend access that violates these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Florida law governs these terms.
